Informational purpose

The site and its articles, checklists, downloads, and other materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, compliance, cybersecurity, export-control, or certification advice, and they do not replace analysis by qualified professionals familiar with your specific program, contract, or regulatory environment.

No consulting relationship through site use

Using the site, downloading a resource, sending an inquiry, or booking an introductory consultation does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential, or professional-services relationship. Consulting services begin only under a separate written agreement accepted by Green Until Integration Consulting and the client. If these terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for those services.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another party's rights.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The site and its original text, graphics, branding, frameworks, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Green Until Integration Consulting and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may download and use our free checklist and similar resources for your own personal or internal business evaluation. You may not sell them, publish or distribute them publicly, remove attribution or branding, create a competing derivative product, or claim authorship without prior written permission.

Scheduling and communications

Appointment availability is not guaranteed. We may reschedule, decline, or cancel a booking when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information you provide and for reviewing confirmation and cancellation details. Transactional messages related to a booking are part of the scheduling service.

Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Microsoft Bookings and Teams. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any resource will produce a particular business, technical, contractual, or program outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Until Integration Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of the site or its free resources. Our total liability for any claim arising solely from use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these terms or the site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
